Notes

used the yeast from Yalobusha Brewing's Blues Trail Ale. Made a starter from the dregs in a bottle. Thoughts: Should add some brett to dry this out. Let it age a few months as well. 2-27-2016 - kegged half, other half racked to carboy added some Brett Bruxellensis 5112
