Notes

4/3 Grain temp read lower around 51.3. Infusion temp adjusted to 173 to compensate. We have elected to do a 30 minute mash with a 10-15 minute raise. Mashout is sticking. Look into adding rice hulls to mash. Pre-boil gravity is at 1.055. Lower than expected. Total liquid volume however is 7.5gallons. Indicating a low grain absorbsion. Because liquid volume is high adjusting to 90 minute boil. Hop additions will remain at 60 minutes and 10 minutes.
