DO NOT MAKE AGAIN!

Notes

Mash In: 9:15 By 10:45 was still not converted!!!!!! Placed in the oven to raise the mash tempeature to 150 (will mash an extra 30 min). Possible startch in the beer b/c of deposit. Used panty hose to filter the beer.
