Taste Notes

Aiming for Ballast Point's Sculpin IPA

Notes

In West Coaster "Behind the Brew" at Ballast Point. They mention they use Columbus, Centennial, and Chinook. Hard to find a clone to this beer since they changed their recipe at some point. Also, I used http://boykingbrewhaus.com/2015/11/01/recipe-grapefruit-sculpin-clone/ as a guide but replaced Cascade and Amarillo with Centennial and Columbus.
