Make sure to measure and record the following Batch Size (Amount going into the fermenter before the addition of the yeast starter) 6.5gallons Original Gravity 1.073 Final Gravity Kegging Volume Trub Loss Fermentation Loss Added yeast at too low temp.didn't take .Raised the temp to 98F and used wort as a starter to re-hydrate at same temp. so far so good.
