8/17/16 - Pre honey measurement on hydro: 1.032 (low), so 1.039 with honey
8/25/16 - 1.005 (corrected hyrdro) for clean beer, and 1.004 (corrected) - 3.9 pH for BaltiFunk - needs more honey character, upping to 2lbs per carboy (honey arrives 8/27).
