Taste Notes
First Batch (April 2015) - Good roast level, a little astringent. Changes: acidify sparge water, and maybe add more caramel? Or mash higher? Back of the Brown in favour of caramel?
6/3/15 - dropped 4oz chocolate, added 8oz caramelNotes
