Taste Notes

01/13/16 (original) - Easy drinking, decent body despite low mash temp. Could do with a little more complexity, but not much. Trying swapping out 1lb of MO for Mild Malt on the next batch. (originally 85% MO / 15% GNO). Hop profile is good, but actually could be more prominent on aroma/flavour. Move 2 min hops to flameout and whirlpool for 5 mins prior to cooling; up final amounts to 1oz each. 05/12/16 (alt hops) - 1.047 SG
