Taste Notes
On kegging, slight malt aroma and noticable citrus hop aroma. Beer tastes clean with malt presence and grapfruit hop flavor. Tastes good!Notes
1 liter wort at 1.051 (13 Brix) starter
RO water PH 6.2
Did a 75 minute boil in order to get correct volume of 3 gallons
2 1/2 ended up in fermenter with a gravity f 1.062
With top-off and yeast starter, ended up woth about 3 1/4 gallon.
