Aroma a maltas y caramelo, espuma muy intensa y extremadamente duradera.Muy turbia de color ambar.Sabor a maltas perfumadas con caramelo, muy agradable, apenas dulce por el mash alto.Bien balanceada con el amargor, se siente el áspero sabor a lúpulo en un final apenas amargo.Notes
Ph de inicio=5,53. Rendimiento altísimo, agregué 5 litros de agua de ósmosis .Agua de empaste total 13 lts es decir 2,3 lt/kg malta.Fué muy grueso el mash.Tardé mucho(+ de 1 hora) para hacer el sparge.El pitch lo hice a 21 c .Entraron 20 lts a fermentar.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
