Color bronce muy turbio,espuma blanca de mucha duración ,buen lazo,aroma a citricos propio del lupulo cascade.Dulzona con tintes de maltas caramelo,sabor lupulado en su balance muy agradable con una sensación en la boca muy suave,de cuerpo medio-alto,fin

Ph de inicio=5,37. Agua de empaste total 13,5 lts. Rendimiento altísimo,tuve que agregar 6 lts de agua para OG antes de hervir=1047.El pitch lo hice a 20 c
