Color dorado muy turbio,espuma blanca muy duradera,sabor a malta viena con dejos frutales de la levadura Notty,el amargor es balanceado con un final seco.Buena sensación en la bocaNotes
Ph de inicio 5,25. Agregué un poco de baking soda porque estaba en 5,1.El agua de empaste fué de 16 lts 3,2l/kg ratio.Agregué 2,5 lts de agua tratada para llegar a OG antes de hervir=1046 con 26,5 lts.Entraron 20 lts a fermentar,el pitch lo hice a 21c.Tuve que agregar otro pack de levadura porque no arrancaba la fermentación,o impaciencia o pack defectuoso.Tardó casi 24 hs en tener una actividad considerable.Esperemos que no aparazcan acetaldeídos u otros sabores extraños.Agregué isinglass al secundario.Dry hop de 36 grs cascade.El chill haze no fué eliminado con el silica gel.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
