Notes
8 day dry hops were added during right after the most active fermentation had taken place.
3 day dry hops were added in serving keg (under pressure from own residual fermentation process) and then removed on the 3rd day. Sample was allowed to carbonate under pressure for 2 more weeks in refrigerator
