Notes

Take first 4L of runnings and caramelize (boil down to 1L), and add back to boil. After gravity reduces to 1.015 (about 5 days), remove 2L of ale, heat to 70 degrees, and add remaining 20.5g of heather tips. Cover and steep for 15 minutes, then return to fermenter.
