first brew with new jedi brewing system, the force is strong in this one 98.8% mash eff. thats goood.
still no ph meter yet or recirc pump, used a plastic watering can.
clean up way easier the T500 and nothing burnt to the element during boil. should improve flavour. I was sure getting the element off the bottom was a good idea seems i'm right.
