Taste Notes

Brew - added 1tsp then 1.5 tsp of pumpkin spice at times. Then 3 beans of vanilla. Smells very aromatic with spice and vanilla especially. The OG was off, but with 15g. of wort - could have boiled off a bit more. Pumpkin to boil was key with no stuck mash

Notes

9-24-16: added 2 tsp of pumpkin spice to boil @ 0min. Added a cinnamon stick to boil too. Replaced first addition of hops with liberty fresh hops - 4 oz. started with 15 gallons of worts. Total 3 tsp of pumpkin and 1.5 oz of vanillar extract 10-15-16: final was 1.009. There is a slight off taste of phenol. ? contaminate yeast. This could be the extra spice added too. put into keg.
