Notes

Mashed in at 170. Settled at 160.3. Kept recirculating until 159. Began lauter at 1:45. Finished transfer at 2:50. Pre boil volume 15.8 gallons at 1.046. Boil started at 3:05. Finished at 3:50. 17" finishing volume.
