Notes

Missed my volume by 1 liter - not sure why and my measured og was 1065 which was higher than planned 1060. This is going to be a little bit of a strong one. Femented controlled at 18C Day 12 - Dropped to 10 Deg c Gelatine added Day 13 - Cold Crash to 5 Deg c ( looking clear and clean already) Day 24 - Keg Awesonme Brew
