Notes

Recipe copied from P303 Clone Brews Book. Substituted Cascade for Chinook. Used San Diego - book also has a note to say that stone uses a belgium hybrid, if this brew turns out okay, look at doing it again and splitting the wort into 2 fermenters and experiment with yeast.
