Taste Notes

Copy of the recipe done by BIABrewer.info. Changed the malts a bit. Smells Great Mash at 68 C . This is Dr Smurto's favourite version. This beer is one of the most widely home-brewed beers in Australia, extremely popular to a wide range of palates and a robust recipe meaning that it can be varied in many ways with little risk. Notes

This is a brilliant recipe and a perfect base to use on Golden and American ales by adjusting the hops and the yeast.
