Spot on for my taste buds!
by Jacob01When ever I go to a micro brewery or pub I always try the local pilsner and to me they are always missing something, this brew has exceptional body and flavors.
I am a pretty amature brewer and I'm still learning so this is a good challenging brew with several mash temps to get some experience.
I brewed this for a second time yesterday 11 June so hopefully it turns out well again.
