Brew Day- 4/17/16 -Pre Boil: 1.036 (89% Mash Efficency) -O.G.: 1.046 (73% Brewhouse Efficency) 4/20 Checkup -1.018, fermentation not yet complete. -Tastes bodiless, great hop profile Dry Hopped 4/24 with 1oz Citra, 1oz Simcoe, 1oz Summit 4/26 Checkup -1.007, fermentation complete, final ABV at 5.9% -Body has improved greatly, ready to bottle when dry hop time reaches 7 days.
