Notes

15 litres of Ice River Springs, remaing 10 litres or so with Utopia Brew Room Well Water 2 tsps of 5.2 stabilizer went into the mash of 3 gallons of water added water to the boil to bring it up to 6 gallons. 2 gallons in fact. Roasted Barley is Thomas Fawcett and Sons With Windsor Ale yeast it stopped at 1.026 - so around 3% alcohol. Bottled on August 9th yielded 40 bottles Primed with 4 oz of sugar to get a 2.3 volume of C02 cloudy in the bottle right now. should clear up over the next four weeks.
