Taste Notes
1/23/17 After 1 week in the keg it is not tasting good. The bitterness is harsh and I think the 7% ABV is distracting from the malt. To me, there is almost no aroma at all.
I'm not liking the Columbus for bittering.Notes
Mash started at 153 and has dropped to 151 at about 30 minutes.
Roughly 1 quart short of pre boil volume
Got 3 gallons of wort but over-shot OG by 7 points! This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
