Notes

Brewing notes -mash temp lowered too much (down to 147 within 30 minutes) -added half gallon of water at 168 to raise up to 154 -messed up with sparging -the filter came up and was drawing grain into the boiling pot -had to return hot liquor to the mash tun to "resparge" -beginning runnings 1.085 SG 2013-03-04 -little aroma -tastes mild, but very floral hoppy -racked to secondary
