Notes
12/12/16
Brew Day. Need to adjust the equipment profile to account for about a gallon and a half deadspace in our mash tun. 3.5 gallon mash in is nothing. I needed an additional 1.5 gallons to incorporate all the grain. On top of that the resulting 5 gallons of mash was 142 deg. I had to add another gallon of water bringing the mash up to 6 gallons at a 149 degree mash. Still only going to do an hour long mash though and sparge with about 2.5 gallons of water at 168 deg.
Post-mash gravity of 1.032
OG of 1.055This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
