Taste Notes

3rd - young beer tasted just like flat pepsi. collor is off almost looks like pepsi.

Notes

Forgot to add the oatmeal. Boiled 4 qts water added 8 oz quick oats. Drained and cooled. added to fermenter. <—— bad move second batch ——added 1/4 cinimon to the boil in the last 5 min. <— good third ——and molasis to flame out bumpped up oats to 1 lb added 4 oz of vanilla 4th — going to add specialB to grain bill, adding 4 oz to bootling, added rasins after 2 weeks in fermetner.
