Taste Notes

Très bonne, possibilité de réduire légèrement l'amertume à 35 IBU

Notes

Orignialement du SAAZ au lieu du SPALTER. (rupture de stock chez Mout intl) Pour le mash, 5 min à 50C Tirer 16L de décoction et chauffer à 68C pour 10 min, chauffer à ébulition et maintenir à 100C pour 5 min. Recombiner avec le mash.
