Taste Notes
The ex pat UK living in NZ keep asking for more, so it can't be that bad. Banana and clove with a hint of citra. There are a few citra hefeweizen's around and have found very nice - so you can add this or leave it out. Generally this recipe or the earlier versions using overseas malts/wheat's have still produced a dam good hefeweizen.Notes
Ingredients all New Zealand sourced, it is easy to convert to local sources, as past brews have been done with German wheat etc.

(Hopspider - use 10% extra on volumes list)
Made a 1L yeast starter, 36 hours before brew day.
