Taste Notes
2/22/14 Midwinter competition - 39.5 slightly dark and slightly too much hops. Cutting the Tettnang from 30 to 5 minutes left on boil, removed the crystal and increased the pilsner. Increased the mash temp from 152 to 154.
4/22/15 Tasting notes: Still a bit dark and a bit too full on the palate. Lower mash temp and bring the IBU's up as the water is now RO.
5/9/15 Tasting notes: Seems a bit sweet and is dark. Removed the munich malt and increased the vienna. changed mash to a two step infusion to dry beer out.
5/13/16 Added bittering hops at the 90 minute mark and the beer came out spicy and solventy hot. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
