Taste Notes

First taste on 1/20/16 seemed on the sweet side. This was the first brew session with the new hop filter. The outside was caked with hot break, it looks like the hop utilization suffered from that. 3/13/16 - Took silver in light lager at the Drunk Monk with a score of 41.
