2.0 pkgs Hefeweizen Ale (White Labs #WLP300) Yeast 6
8.00 oz Raspberry Extract (Bottling 5 min) Misc 7

Taste Notes

Way too much raspberry aroma. Flavor was a bit less, but seemed too much. Suspect that honey brought out the aroma.

Notes

Add 1 cup honey with 2.5 minutes left in boil. Cooled to 85 degrees before transfering to primary fermenter. Add raspberry extract to bottom of keg prior to transfer.
