BREWING LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE (All Grain) Water Profile (Amber Malty on Bru'n Water): Ca - 55ppm Mg - 5ppm Na - 10ppm SO4 - 55ppm Cl - 65ppm BiCarb - 35ppm SO4/Cl Ratio = 0.8 Ferment in Primary at 67F for 14 days or until all noticeable airlock activity has stopped and gravity readings are consistent over 2-3 days.
