Based on feedback from judging I am going to change the water profile from Pale ale to yellow bitter which bring down the sulfate levels. I think that made the beer seem more bitter then it actually was. Also will mash lower at 150 instead of 152 to decrease the residual malt sweetness and move the 25min simcoe to 20min.Notes

* .19 gallon short into boil kettle est...
* .35 short into fermenter est...
Brew Day March 7th 2016
* Used Bru'n Water Pale Ale water profile using distilled water
* Mill Gap .035
* Was .25 gallon short into boil kettle
* Forgot To add water treatment salts remembered 30 mins in Ph was 5.5
* Added salts took PH reading again 12 minutes after adding salts 42 minutes in mash PH was 5.6
* Changed equipment profile to make up .25 short added .20 to mash tun dead space.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
