Notes

OG should actually be 1.057. The 1.065 is with the pineapple juice concentrate that goes into the primary fermenter after intial fermetation has slowed. I have done the calcualtions for the pineapple juice concentrate as "Old Orchard brand avaialble at Walmart. I use 12 fluid ounces as 12 ounces weight, so 6 lbs is 8 cans frozen concentrate. This is available at my Walmart. Calculation: 25 grams per serving, 8 servigns per can 150 grams of sugar per can. 100% fermetable so 1.046 gravity. 12 oz = 340.5 grams 150/340.5 is fermetable so 44% 1.046 or 46 points* 0.44 = 20.2 points per lb
