Notes

Heated 4.2 gallons to 170, mashed in, held at 154!! for 60 minutes. Mashed out with 1.5 quarts at 172. Vorlauf for 10 minutes. Collected 3 gallons first runnings, 1076. Sparged with 5.25 gallons at 170, 10 minute rest. Vorlauf 10 minutes. Collected 8.25 Gallons total, 1046. 1048 at start of boil.
