Notes
Heated 4.2 gallons to 170, mashed in, held at 154!! for 60 minutes. Mashed out with 1.5 quarts at 172. Vorlauf for 10 minutes. Collected 3 gallons first runnings, 1076. Sparged with 5.25 gallons at 170, 10 minute rest. Vorlauf 10 minutes. Collected 8.25 Gallons total, 1046. 1048 at start of boil.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
