12L + 3kg grains: mash started at 66C, added heat and it got up to 70C in some parts of kettle added 3L sparge, then 1L @ 30mins with 30mins left, fuse blew then sat for 45mins restarted boil and @ 10mins, added hops added flameout hops OG 1061 - Brix 15
