Taste Notes
2/1/15 (approx.) The beer has a nice Brett-funky aroma, and a low level Brett sour/funky flavor. It is light bodied, clean, and extremely dry.Notes
Added Brett on 11/10/14 along with 6 gallons of fermented yeast from Keith, which also had Brett Trois in it.
