Notes

1/6 2015 Testbryggning med BrewJacket på jobbet. Läckte ned mindre mängd kallt kylvatten från kylspiralen i vörten i början, ev. några droppar även senare. OG 1055 ca 20 liter, men endast ca 18 liter i PET-carboy. Jästemp 12'C, rehydrerad S-189 2 pkt. 3/6 Fin kröjs, sänkt till 11'C. 11/8 Upptappad på fat. Ren, chokladig, lätt kropp, bara lätt rostad.
