Taste Notes

very good red IPA. Very good hops taste of strong piny hops and caramel. Good balance between hops/caramel. Great body. Le caramel de la houbloniere.

Notes

1 pound of carastan instead of chrystal malt. Temp mash: around 65 the whole time. OG: 1.040 (at 35.7C)
