Notes

Didn't have regulator to fit NZ CO2 Tank Thread. Had to leave beer in primary fermenter far longer then desired. Several modifications made to reference receipe: Vienna Sex p 146 Homebrew Favorites, Lutzen & Stevens, 1994.
