Taste Notes

Very bitter, tastes like grapefruit juice! Cleared well with gelatin. Maybe a touch of diacetyl, consider warming up to 70+ for a few days at the end or just leave in fermenter for another week.

Notes

Big Brew Day at Bill Milman’s BIAB with small system, no recirculation one week in garage, mid to high 50s one week in basement, 66 did not dump trub from fermenter until keg day kegged 11/27, @ 2 weeks dry hopped in keg in SS cylinder for 1 week - did not work well, hops were packed down into bottom of cylinder and not very wet - use a bag next time for this amount of hops
