Taste Notes

3/9/12 Ferment finished just a little on the high side but tastes like a clean wheat. Racked onto 3 cups of fresh squeezed watermelon juice.

3 Cups of fresh watermelon juice per 5 gallons. 5.4 mash pH after adding .5g Gypsum and 3mL lactic acid to filtered Leander water. 3.7 mL highly concentrated watermelon flavoring added at kegging

Great beer for the summer. This would be a great beer to freeze for beercicles
