Notes

-1035 am Strike at 141, 133-134 rest for 20 minutes. -10 minute temp raise to 152 got away from me, hit 168 at 1109 -stirred and got it cooled back to 152 at 1118 -ran pump to circ for 60 mins at 149-152 - got full boil at 1307 - fuggles in at 1342 - whirlfloc in at 1347 - molasses in at 1352 - coconut in sack, in at 1354 - Flame out- fuggles/ northern in at 1407 - cool to 68, pitch full starter 1 gallon. - movement within 4 hours. - Trub dump day 7, 1/5/12 - Trub dump day 8, coconut added. 24 oz of Bob's red mill Falked coconut (two 12oz packs, toasted in oven) put in boiled nylon sacks and dropped in to conical. - Hydrometer read 1.020 on 1/5/12 Previous notes from last batch Dry coconuted for two weeks
