Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give about 80% AA for WLP090 at 66C. Last time I made this it finished at 1.007 and I mashed at 67, but I was having trouble with recirc and think it was a bit cold, so am going for 66. I don't want it above 1.008... Have increased the whirlpool and dry hops by 20%. Mr Tasty water
