Taste Notes
Good beer, but it's hard to have a bad IPA! A little short of hops in the inventory, but at least they are very high %alpha to make up the difference.Notes
Brewed to celebrate the birth of our 2nd boy, Morgan Vincent Smith, born on 1/17/2003.
Everyone loved it! Sparked my grains so it turned out darker and added an extra 1/2 oz of hops at end of boil..my hops only came in 1 oz bags, why waste it?
