Kan benytte Simcoe som erstatning for Mosaic ved koking. Bør opprettholde Mosaic ved tørrhumling. Tilsatt tørrhumle 04.12.2016 12.12.2016: Tappet 4 liter på minikeg med 30 g sukkerlake. 18 liter på corneliusfat med 1,1 bar CO2 16.12.2016: Meeeget godt øl!
