Notes
Add Light /candy Sugar with 10 minutes left in the boil.
Add 2-4 ounces of dried hibiscus flowers with 5 minutes left in the boil
Add Coriander seed at flame out
Let soak 5 minutes before chilling
Chill the wort to 68 degrees and pitch yeast
2/3 cup corn sugar (if priming)
carbonate to 2-2.5 volumes of co2
