Notes

Transferred to 5 gallon bourbon barrel on July 17, added about a pound of mulberries Added another pound of mulberries on the morning of July 22. And added 2-3 more pounds of mulberries on the evening of July 22. The yeast is going crazy October 6th - Added more mulberries and some wild yeast I harvested from the garden using the Bootleg Biology harvesting kit.
