5 gallons of 1.044, boil off still a little higher than 1.8 gph, working on dialilng it it. Appears may be at 2.
Gravity a little lower than expected but not by much.
Pitched slurry from oktoberfest. WL860 set temp to 48, fermentation is going steady 24 hrs after pitching yeast. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
